AlertMind
On-call engineers were arriving at incidents cold — alert fires, PagerDuty wakes someone up, and the first five minutes are spent reading logs to understand what even happened.
Built an HTTP webhook receiver in Go that sits between Alertmanager and your notification channel. It enriches each alert with runbook context, calls the Claude API for structured triage analysis, and posts a first-pass diagnosis to Discord — all before the engineer opens their laptop.
Running in production on my homelab. All severity warnings and criticals route through it. Every on-call page now includes a structured diagnosis: probable cause, severity assessment, and recommended first steps.
